      Hello Bryan,

Long time listener and follower of your incredible work.

I subscribed to the SI Maven site, I believe since the beginning. My membership doesn’t seem to translate to this message board. Is that because this is a separate endeavor or are kinks still being worked out?

      Thanks!

      Kevin C.

        Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out. The board is a separate entity, but I will honor those who signed up for the SI site and give them free access to the boards. This article explains it all, let me know if you have ay questions.

          Thanks Bryan.

So, this is what quality customer service looks like. Hard to find these days.

I just signed up for the annual IB membership. I’m not worried about free access from my SI subscription. I just wanted to make sure this is a separate entity. It is worth every penny. I remember when all the access I had was a Blue and Gold print magazine from a local news stand. Miss you Lou Somogyi!

I have heard you mention (many times) how grateful you are for folks spending their hard earned money on your platform. Not sure if you have read Seth Godin but he talks about giving your talent away as a gift to build a tribe. This giving over time will allow the tribe to respond with positive action. This authentic form of reciprocity only exists between two parties if the exchange is mutual beneficial and genuine. I must say you have modeled this approach perfectly, with complete authenticity. While it is always good to be grateful, please know that your tribe is also grateful for your time, talent, and dedication to your craft, which you have given us over the years. That said, please find some additional good help, we can’t have you burning out!! 🙂

Not trying to be too corny here, I just try to acknowledge good work when I see it.

          Thanks again! Go Irish.

Thanks Kevin! Truly means a lot to me for you to say that. Trust me, I’m working on expanding the staff. I’m hoping this board growing allows me to do that!
