The most concerning aspect of this loss was the complete lack of thoughtful game planning on either side of the ball. It seemed as though everything was a reaction instead of a plan. To the eye it looked like complete disarray. Concerning.
It was very disheartening. 2 plays could have changed the trajectory of the game maybe, but this team is a mess right now.
Louisville Thoughts.
After the embarrassingly weak coaching by Freeman and his coaching buddies against Ohio State and Louisville, it became clearer what the main problem is . In a unguarded moment after the Ohio State fiasco, Freeman publicly admitted that they were watching the game, not coaching it. They are amatures in an adult sport.
Lastly, why didn’t any of the Irish defensive tackles know that someone was missing, on 2 back-to-back plays.?
Great point!
